In any company it's the people that make it successful or not. not the product or the brand, and Jerod is a master at identifying, cultivating, marshaling, mentoring, encouraging, and maximizing everyone in his work environment. Not just those that work for him but he manages up as well. He is the leader (the servant) in every work environment he finds himself in, and therefore is the defacto manager of all. He knows how to see the strengths and proclivity's of people around him and knows how to direct them and play to them, and just for the good of his company or some higher ups but in constant consideration of the individuals themselves. Everyone is better for having worked for or even know Jerod. Even when he has had to dismiss people he did it in such a way that they were his friends for life regardless.

Together with his excellent leadership skills, Jerod is an excellent process analyst and is highly skilled at finding opportunity, ingenuity and efficiency. He truly is a fixologist! Top that all off with a high level of integrity and I can't recommend Jerod enough!
